Friday, August 16, 2013 04:50 Engine 1103 and Tender 1202 were dispatch to Port Norris Marina for a reported vessel fire on land.
E1103 arrived on location to find a 23′ vessel fully involved with a second vessel in close proximity on the C side.
The crew from E1103 stretched two 1 3/4 lines. The first line was used to protect the exposure on the C side and the second line was placed into service with a Pro-Pack for foam operations.
R1221 was special called to the scene for it’s CAFS system to aid in extinguishing the fire.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation
