Wednesday, January 1, 2014 NOTICE OF ANNUAL ELECTION FOR THE BOARD OF FIRE COMMISSIONERS DISTRICT #1 IN THE TOWNSHIP OF COMMERCIAL, COUNTY OF CUMBERLAND STATE OF NEW JERSEY
NOTICE is hereby given that the Commissioners of Fire District #1 in the Township of Commercial, County of Cumberland, State of New Jersey shall ask the legal voters of said fire district on Saturday, February 15, 2014, between the hours of 1400 and 2100 or longer if necessary, to approve or disapprove the 2014 proposed Annual Budget. Said voting shall take place at the Port Norris Fire House, 6858 Brown St, Port Norris, NJ 08349
The legal voters of said fire districts shall also be asked to elect one (1) Commissioners to said Board of Fire Commissioners for a three (3) year term and one (1) Commissioner to fill a vacancy due to resignation.
