Tuesday, December 15, 2009 13:11 - Tower 11 was special called to 61 East Point Road in Heislerville to assist with a working Dwelling fire. While enroute to the scene East Point command ordered
Tower 11 to pick up the 5” line and establish an offensive position on the A side of the structure and attack the remaining fire that had burned through the roof and was still in the eves and walls on the second floor.
Tower 11 was on scene for an hour and a half assisting Heislerville [Station 25], Leesburg [Station 26], Mauricetown [Station 12], and Port Elizabeth [Station 27] fire companies with extinguishment and overhaul of the fire.
Belleplain EMS [Squad 22] was on scene to provide rehab to the firefighters
Cumberland County Fire Police [Station 87] divert traffic around the area.
